What is the one big fear you have? That you would avoid at all costs? A fear is a phobia,I believe. My big fear is going to the dentist. I have avoided it for 10 years. I need to go,it is the wise thing to do. I just wont go..
Lol I have four:
1) spiders. I just get the willies and scream like a girl when I see them. I know they have some great Mystical Symbolization, but all I think of when I see them is "AHHHH!"
2) Preying Mantises. They dont even look like they evolved on this planet! Those creepy eyes (shudder)
3) Clowns. Face it, any adult that puts on more makeup than Tammy Faye (I am dating myself here) and makes a living playing with kids is creepy. I mean, anyone else would be called a pedophile, right?
4) bEING FORGOTTEN. that is a big one for me. I want to know that I made a difference. That I made someone's life a little easier. I want there to be more than just a headstone to remember me.
And dont even get me started about the balloon animals. I think that Clowns are the only people allowed to give children things shaped like a penis without fear of Jail time.
Urgh. I have a real problem with the sound of them popping too. My daughter had a balloon in the back seat and popped it while I was driving. Drove off the road. Luckily I didn't hit anything (took out a rose bush tho!) but she got it when we got home! lol
I have a problem with spiders as well, and I agree with you about being forgotten. I used to watch reruns of the Twilight Zone, and the episodes that always un-nerved me were the ones that involved, being the only person in the world, or going up to people you know and love and they react like they haven't seen you before. Like you never existed. *shudders*

LOL Tammy Faye = clowns...so true!!! Mine would have to be spiders too, when I lived in Lake Placid Florida I swear the spiders there are the size of an open hand, when I opened the cupboard under the sink to get the spider spray container the biggest spider I saw to that point ( two hands ) LOL was sitting on the top of the spider spray, I screamed, the spider actually look startled and looked behind him to see what is was I was screaming at, I'll never forget that, it actually had a personality, I ran off screaming leaving the spider to defend for itself :) Also, one of my biggest fears is bridges over water. A couple of summers ago my son and I traveled to and from Salt Lake City to West Palm Beach three times, so I guess you could say I was trying to beat my phobia of bridges over water :) My 15 year old son at that time, now fears bridges over water because of me, bless his heart...and now he also fears big boats in water, I'm sure it's from our many trips near water that summer. Next time we go to Florida, to see family, I think we're going to fly...lol another fear! Best Wishes, WC :)
