His name is Oscar. She took him to the vet. Got all his shots and everything. Poor little guy. This little guy is lucky to have my friend find him. You can see the sadness in this little puppys eyes. What the hell!

Yeah it is sad. that is soooo sad about the bird! Birds are not dumb either! My african grey parrot does not like men. She was fine with men until she went to a vet. and he was rough with her. she even yelled at him after he brought her back to me. She was not happy. So ever since then she does not like males. She gets really anxious when males are near me. She called my ex a jerk. Umm I didn't teach her this and then another stop it cuz he was snuggling with me. We both laughed when she yelled "stop it!" animals are funny creatures.

We also ended up with a pair of parakeets, this way. My husband picked them out of someone's trash on a cold and frosty morning. It's beyond my comprehension how Humans can act this way.....Moon

We found a puppy in the trash as well. She was a black and white beauty, an English Setter, I think, and she even took on a rotweiler to keep one of our children safe, and scared that big bad dog away when she grew up! Somehow people who are good animal people rescue the unwanted ones, and we ALL ask why! I wish that I knew how they can do something like this, but I don't think we will get an answer that satisfies us animal lovers! BB
