My ex husband is trying to get custody of our daughter from me. He had access to my myspace and copied my blogs and bulletins, because I thought we were friends. He has copied my blogs and bulletins and are now using the information therein against me. I had information in there that under normal circumstances I felt I could share with you all if you cared to read it. But this information is damning in a court of law. I should be able to pull through this if I do all the correct steps. But I wanted to share this information. Lawsuits can be based on blogs, bulletins, e-mails, and text messages. Please be careful of what you type.
You are absolutely correct. Sharing information on blogs can be read by anyone. Employers, co-workers, family members, freinds, enemies, and partners ALL can see what you have to say on these types of sites. Be careful.
((HUGS)) I'm saddened to hear your suffering in this way. Stay strong and focus on your intent. Custody of your babies.
And thank you for posting this warning so that your experience will help others. It is said, never put anything in writing you can not later face in a court of law. Wise words indeed.
This is why I frequently use Torpark (secure web browser). And I wish you the best of luck in the nonsense with your qliphothic ex-husband, stay strong.
Torpark is now called xB Browser the newest release came out this past Friday. I would caution you that although Tor networks (the technology that these browsers rely on for anonymity) are a great step toward online anonymity and privacy, their end-points can still be monitored. So while using a Tor network will discourage most casual cyber-miscreants and script-kiddies, intelligent hackers and law enforcement agencies will still be able to check up on some of what's going on.
