What's going on here then?

Hmmm... I have started to realise some curious things on our beloved PaganSpace that's making me think I may have missed something important... I'm just being curious but if anyone can tell me the score, I would be eternally grateful:
I couldn't help but notice a lot of the long-term members have started new pages from scratch for some reason. Is this intentional, or did they have their accounts deleted by accident or something? At first I thought it was just a couple people doing it (maybe they fancied a change), but now I see it's affected at least four or five that I've counted and all around the same time... Coincidence?...
I'm just being nosey and probably being a bit paranoid, but if there really are cases of people's accounts resetting can someone let me know so I can start backing-up all my settings, please!

Also, is it me or there a lot more Bots logging on at the moment? - (eg. Mr.1hg903ibcf823 and his girlfriend 234uin99bn3902, with their two beautiful daughters 3523hnvwe8 and 98458902khkd5...)

It's actually a network glitch that they are working on, I posted an announcement/news about it the other day and also, have been back and forth w/ the network since this began..ugh...lol

I received the following from the network last night:

The issue you've experienced where a member has bypassed the normal
signup process and their profile name shows up as a gibberish code is a
known issue that is currently affecting a few networks. We were able to
identify this issue yesterday and our engineers have been working on
troubleshooting the cause. We should hopefully be releasing a fix soon
