Yes- pick up a Magic Patch at ye ole' drugstore. Apply said patch to the appropriate body part and say "It is my will to quit smoking. From this time forward, I am a non-smoker". Repeat words as necessary. Visualize yourself as a non-smoker and refer to yourself as a non-smoker. Literally take 20min or so each day and simply visualize yourself doing anything but smoking- use sensory detail like the fact that you no longer reek of cigarrettes- in the meditation, SMELL the fresh scent of clean clothes, hair etc. FEEL how much more easily you can breathe, etc.
LISAELIZABETH, first my two bad jokes on quitting smoking, Mark Twain's famous comment, "Why quittin' smokin' is easy, musta done it a hundred times m'self", the other is get yourself a long cigarette holder, then you can tell everyone you're doing your best to keep away from cigarettes. Okay you love to smoke, what do you love about it, the aroma, the action, how you look, the relaxing qualities, all of those mentioned, the other thing is about feeling trapped, when your trapped, your stressed, when your stressed you no doubt want to smoke, round, and round, and round we go. Why id you start, how old were you? Do it in small bits, say I can go one hour without smoking, after an hour have one, then say an hour an a half, then two. I hope this advice helps a bit sis. Joe

Ok well this is NOT a spell but I'll tell you I've seen amazing things happen with this.
Give this a try.
Get the book "The Edge Effect" .. Read it. Do the simple questionnaires. Assess your brain chemical level..
In this book it shows what your dominant and recessive brain chemicals are. The whole point of this book is
to help you identify what brain chemicals are off.. then you can take the corresponding herbs (listed in the book)
to balance them back to where they should be. (In my experience they're not expensive either. The best thing is that you don't have to take them forever to get the effect. You take them until your body's endocrine system realizes it needs to start making them again.)
Many healing and medical facilities as well as drug rehab places use this method to help people recover from many
things. One of the most popular uses is for addiction. (To anything. They've had amazing success with smokers..)
Many people find that if they balance out the brain chemicals their addiction fades and then vanishes.
I've seen this used under a doctors supervision and other treatments to treat those addicted to very heavy drugs and bring them back into balance.
Give it a try. I know its not as fast as you'd like but there is a possibility here for you..

I gave up smoking three years ago. I just quit cold turkey. Now when I smell smoke it makes me gag...it also makes me realize that I couldn't really smell much of anything when I was smoking! I don't think you need a spell. I like all the ideas listed here...get rid of the ashtrays, any cigs you have lying around (I always kept half cigs in a baggie in case I ran out and couldn't get to the store in time...pathetic, isn't it?), find something else to occupy your mouth/hand. I used to smoke after eating, during movies, while driving, hell all the time. But I found that if I used toothpicks after eating it helped take my mind off what I really wanted to do. I chewed gum while driving and watching movies. The gum helped a lot. Good luck to you!
Oh yeah...don't fall into the trap "I'll stop tomorrow...after this smoke....after this pack". Throw them all away now. Just do it. You will feel so much better once the withdrawals pass...
