Anyone here can do Picture Readings?

i have a picture of a little girl that is 3 years old. When i was little i was at my grandparents house and some lady came to my grandmas door (my uncles mom) and the lady asked for my uncle and she told her he wasnt here so the lady gave my grandma a picture of a little girl. On the back it has her first and last name, what year it was taken and her full bday. nobody knows how to find her and if that little girl thats 21 now is my uncles daughter.

I been asking around and nobody seems to give me any info that what i was told. i can post the picture here and possible girls it could be. i searched on facebook and myspace and there are girls that look like her and have the same name and bday.
