Astral Projection

I have had 2 AP experiences when I was a teen but am having trouble doing it now.

Why is this?

Flying dreams mean you're in control of your life.  Astral projecting might require the same thing. I'm not sure...but maybe.  I think it is the coming back that is stressful...not the going. Really...
