Friend Request Issues

Hi All,

I've received some reports from members who are experiencing an issue with accepting friend requests. I too am having the issue as well. The network rolled out some small changes and I believe it may be linked. I've already submitted a support ticket so it should be resolved soon. My apologies for the inconvenience .

No, it's not just you. This morning it won't let me accept anyone either. Yesterday evening this site was completely down. But that got sorted and this will too. I suspect it is the result of the computer pixies going on strike, or something like that.

Ya, I have a friend request I cannot see to approve or deny. BUT...I'm a patient person, and am confident this issue will be resolved successfully :)

Ye I have 2 friends request and have tried since last night to get to them, but I just end up with my whole friends list. I am like, "Well that's not gonna help me." At least I know it will be fixed when Ning get tired of Starrfire submitting more Ticket Reports for them. LMAO Just joking Starr, I do hope those knuckle heads realize that rolling a something new until all the Bugs are out of the Software Platform they are trying to sell us all. You just have to wounder sometimes about folk like that, lol.

Hi! Funny, I just sent dear Starr a note similar to this, I've accepted two friend requests in the last few days and they are still showing up next to my 'friend request' button. Normally after I accept a friend the request goes away...Made me think I had two more requests! (lol) but when I clicked on them it simply took me to my friend page with all of my current friends...I'm sure both issues will get resolved, glad this issue was here on the main page! Hi Star! Just so I.T. will know, My counter showed 4 requests.. but there were only 2. And now that I've accepted those 2 it still shows two more.. but nothing in there... just fyi.... hugsss!

Well I can now approve new friend request but as I can see others are noticing as well that the number seems to be sticking, even after requests are approved. This might be a cache issue, the network has contacted me back and they're aware of the issue and are working to resolve it fully. Thank you so much for your patience with these glitches!
