Gardening.

Who likes to garden? What are some of your favourite plants to grow? What does planting and growning plants mean to you?

I know I love to have my garden. I do mostly cooking herbs now But I just want to get a practice down of growing! Someday I hope to Be a herbal healer and grow most of my own plants!

I love to garden. In my garden I grow herbs for cooking, but I put most effort into a vegetable garden. There I grow corn, green beans, peas, tomatoes, peppers, onions, carrots, beets, plus a few others. I know its more nutritous plus its organically grown.

We grow the staples for the winter months.

Root veggies, cabbage, onion, tomatoes, berries, apples, pears.

Then there's the summer stuff like lettuces, radish, rhubarb, and a bunch of flowers ranging from daffodils, allum, and tulips in spring to morning glory and sunflowers for fall harvesting.

My wife grows herbs in pots. Mint, basil, rosemary, and other things.

I grow all types of Veggies to all Herbs that are compatible in my zone 8/9. I keep some for my home, but all others go to a Food Pantry and Soup Kitchens, church's that help the hungry.

I like flowers and vines. They cover so many obstacles in the landscape. I will be gardening inside this winter with some new roots because I am starting over, AGAIN! Oh! Can u ppl believe it, AGAIN! I could cry.

Anyways, clearing the ground and making it ready would be my advice.
