WHY was this fucking asshole left in the military and NOT discharged when the RED FLAGS went up that there was a problem with him? Why was he allowed to still remain active duty and transferred to Ft. Hood?

What were they supposed to do, boot him on the grounds that his religion was making him act funny? That's just asking for an ACLU reacharound.

Warning signs were noted and somehow went unanswered. That much we do seem to know. How much pressure there was from civilian agencies is not known. Remember, the FBI looked in on the bastard and gave him the thumbs-up... then somehow knew enough of what went wrong in Ft. Hood to be issuing "This is not a terrorist event" notices while the event was still taking place.
Tell me there wasn't political pressure there.

No,not because of HIS religion,but because he was flagged as an unstable fuck,with questions for awhile on him remaining in the military in a capacity as a mental health negiotiator. Military members are discharged for way less reasons.
