First - use well prepared oils such as the oils from

secondly - it is important to realise sometimes the thing we think we need is what is causing our problems in the first place and the rash is a message telling us of our excess not need.

Instead of appying it directly to your skin, try applying it to your clothing or jewelry or combining it with mineral water in a spray bottle and misting your hair (add a few drops of olive oil or tea tree to help combat dryness)

I dont know much about oils (I opened this thinking it was a thread about where to place them and such) but I used to get a rash on occasions because I would wear deoderant and when I took a shower I'd forget to scrub well.

any chance you rubbed it on and forgot to wash it off?

Many oils need to be diluted with a base oil such as jojoba or even olive oil if you are going to put them on your skin, as many oils are caustic. It all depends on the ingredients in the blend.
