News! I have GOOD NEWS!!!!!

I've found a place a row-house now called a townhouse for me and the kids!
A nice guy (landlord) who called my references when I told him I had no rental history (in over 20 years) and my credit rating was crap due to the about-to-be-ex!
He has some work to do on the place (replace screens, fix broken window, etc.) and we can move in Sunday Nov. 15 (my birthday).
My boss (wonderful woman) is now hard at work to gather folks to assist so we can clean everything and move in on Sunday Nov. 15!!!!!!!!!!
