Obama Crimes

As of today's date, Obama has yet to produce a copy of his birth certificate which states that he was in fact born in Hawaii and is a U.S. citizen.

His Paternal grandmother has gone on public record stating she was present during his birth in KENYA.

His family has gone on public record, stating that he lost his U.S. Naturalization citizenship, when he was made a citizen of Indonesia, where he went to school.

So why, is he able to run for U.S. President?

Phillp Berg (a Private Citizen) is filing an official complaint, but if the case is reviewed too late - after the Presidential elections, it will have grave consequences.

1. Any laws he passes, will be invalid.

2. Biden, by default becomes our President.

3. Legal action will be taken, based on falsified statements and documents which have been disseminated to the public by Obama and his campaign.

Second, no where in my personal views have I said I do not wish for Obama to be elected president.

Third, I think I have made my views quite clear in this thread - you only need to read them.

I will microanalyze it because there is so much propaganda out there and so many lies that it's hard to know what the truth is. We start to believe the most outrageous things. If Obama were really a terrorist, would he be an Illinois senator? Do you honestly think a social worker in Chicago is responsible for the downfall of our economy? This is common sense people.

The entire reason for posting this is up-holding the Constitution.

I question fishy information such as:

1. A paternal grandparent claming she witnessed his birth in Kenya. Why would she do this? What is to gain by making such a false statement? She seems so proud of Obama in all the public media, why would she under-mind his candidacy in the public eye? If she made an error, why hasn't she gone on record to say she was just mixed up?

2. The 'African' listed on the birth certificate when in 1961 'Negro' and 'Colored' were in use.

3. The status of his citizenship because of his attendance of school in Indonesia, by law he was made a citizen of Indonesia.

Every document that you link that says one thing, there is another document that says the opposite.
John McCain was not born in the US. But of course they will make an exception for him.
Why do people create so much negative energy around Obama?
He is going to become a very important part of history. He is for the Middle Class. Why must we try to belittle him?
We need a new direction in this country.. and we need out of the War. I have educated myself with both parties stances and for me, McCain's plan would hurt me on the healthcare and my family with the continuation of this war. Harm none to me means live and let live. We have no right to try to go to another country and change anything. It's no better than Christians trying to force Christianity on others.

I write these things respectfully, I agree to disagree, politically. Obama is my choice for president. Everyone should walk their own path, but as with everything.. educate yourself.. don't depend on one sided commentary.

Not the bastards that made money through corrupt business practices and are now being rewarded for it with our tax dollars. So they're actually paid twice for their criminality.

Instead, all those players should be imprisoned for life without parole. Their assets should be seized and auctioned and the proceeds dispersed to everyone they effected, so that it's then their houses that are on the auction block and their families who have to pack everything they own and hope to find shelter elsewhere! Instead of hard working American's who thought they were signing a proper deal when they put their name and future on the bottom line.

If government was truly for the people and by the people, that's how it would work.

We need change, and all of the votes in world aren't going to bring it. In a system this corrupt, it is going to take something else, but the people in this country are far too complacent. Their too content to let the government take care of them and afraid of losing their Mercedes Benz's parked in the driveways of their 500,000 dollar homes (2,000,000 here in S. Fla.). Only students protest these days. The only people who petition are those who are fortunate enough to pass by someone standing outside the supermarket with a clipboard and then your parents tell you "Don't sign it because they all trick you and put the sheet on something else. You'll be a member of the Communist Party!"

in McCains case he was born on what is considered U.S. soil, he has two American parents his Father was an Admiral in the U.S. Navy, huge difference my friends.

Obamas all talk he has never came through with any promises he made to become senator. he is just telling you what you want to here it changes as he goes along.

The bail out was just Socialism for the rich at our expense, like we can afford it! WTF Obamas was fully behind it two.

If nothing changes the bail out just was buying more time so rich people could have time to cover there ass, before the impending collapse. Wake up people no one cares about the peasants!
Take an honest look at Obama there are red flags all around this guy, do you surround your self with so many Communist friends and corrupt people, I don't need hope I have that already.
McCain is our best solution Not some one with a hidden agenda.
We are in for some hard times no matter who gets in. I'm voting for McCain because he will do whats best for the people and the country we need to clean up Washington and get America back on track.
He hates war, he does not need the money, he just wants to make America better for us all, and he knows about the corruption, and will have the balls to do something about it. That's where our trust belongs.

Obama I believe is a very smart articulate man with a well planed campaign with a totally hidden agenda
he has waffled on every issue along the way fine tuning it to what he believes the people want to hear.
There is no way all his pretend planes can be afforded, they are not based on reality.
he will let all the Bush tax cuts go by the way side and that is a tax increase in it's self . economist estimate that alone will cost the average American 4000.00 more per year.
Obama is already in the process of putting together a speech. to lower the peoples overzealous expectations This man has never kept any of the promises he made to become senator, he will do what it takes to get in the position to enforce his hidden agenda.

But! The Dems have always been the party of the KKK and they might have there own agenda.
