UPDATE: The issue has been resolved! YAY! :)
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am aware of an issue with the send mail/ compose mail feature on the site; the network has been contacted and they are working on the issue; this glitch seems to be occurring as a result of the latest update to the network.
Many thanks for your patience and I apologize for the inconvenience!
Hugs,
~Starr

I am happy to know that I am not the only one experiencing this glitch. I was beginning to get worried, since I have 3 groups up here and my emails are stacking up. LOL I also cannot approve friends. Don't know if anyone else is having this problem.
I cannot thank you enough, Starr, for being on top of these techno issues as soon as they arise. I just want to take this opportunity to thank you for all you continue to do to make this one of the best sites on Ning.
Hope you have a most joyous Thanksgiving Holiday.
Lady Moonheart
Glitches like this happen all the time. With so many scrips running for Java, PHP, SQL, HTML, XHTML, the plug-ins, addons, at time when writing the code, it all runs together.
Permalink Reply by Moonheart13 on November 22, 2011 at 10:52am I can only imagine. It must be a techie nightmare. I am somewhat computer savvy, but would not know where to begin to untangle that mess.

Permalink Reply by Starrfire Price on January 6, 2012 at 11:39am I posted about the group issue several days back here's the link - the network is aware of the problem and they are working to resolve it. Any groups you know that are affected by the glitch please let me know and I'll manually go in and fix them. Regarding the sending messages and adding friends, I haven't received any reports of this issue occurring, what browser version are you using. It may be a browser issue causing the problem since I haven't had any other reports of this occurring (yet :).
