I can understand saying the genders are diffrent. however to say that men just aren't as magically inclined seem just plain wrong. The list of well known male magicians is verry long. Jhon d, kelly, crowly, gardner, buckland, cunningham, bonewits, and a o spare just to name a few. Is it really fair to say that they where less magical becacause they are men?

The men that are magically inclined are no less 'magical' than women, but due to obvious differences between the sexes there may be less men who would be drawn to 'magic'. Example a female engineer is just as good an engineer as a man, there just aren't as many and not just because of social barriers.

I would say that women have thier own hangups. We as humans have come a long way but we have more to go. From my understanding magic is an aplication of will not nessicarly emition. As I understand it emotion can enhance magic if used in a controled manner. So being more openly emotional would not have much berring on the issue

Good Topic, been discussed, but not too much.

Though I could care less, and don't believe in harmony/magic(k)/personified nature or earth, I do see this as fairly rampant.

"I wish I could menstruate. If I could menstruate, I wouldn't have to deal with idiotic calendars anymore. I'd just be able to count down from my previous cycle. Plus I'd be more in tune with the moon and the tides."

Tezcatlipoca - male god of sorcerers and sorcery.

How many folks on here are into Tezcatlipoca?

I know plenty more who talk about Gaia/mother earth.

I'd say it's, like, 1 to 2421, with the majority talking about The Earth Mother.

I am the only one and I found on thread on nocturnal witchcraft group about him and someone regurgitated that bs DJ Conway says about him where she made him a solar god. I can't tell you the amount of facepalms I had. (Tezcatlipoca is a god of the NIGHT, black, and darkness. He's also a trickster god.)

"Tezcatlipoca is a god of the NIGHT, black, and darkness. He's also a trickster god."

Sound's like my kinda n***a.

Lol.

That's like the bad English pronunciations. XD

Well, the show was made exclusively by stoners.

He is also the bearer of the obsidian mirror isn't he? I heard rumors that he was depicated with red hair. Personally I don't do divinititys but I do find all the trickster gods to be interesting.

No, he does not have red hair. He reads human hearts and minds with the obsidian mirror that he replaced his missing foot with. His name means "smoking mirror" and alludes to that.
