i was spooked when i saw fine just a couple months back. I woke up feeling like someone ws watching me and this shadow type figure vanished through my wall

I have experienced shadow people my whole life, beginning with my childhood. Images of persons would appear in my bedroom late at night when the rest of my family was asleep. One was a man dressed in a red shirt and blue pants, who stood at the foot of my bed; another sat at my father's desk, smoking his pipe. One day a figure in white appeared, and I refused to be intimidated by it; I stared it down, and followed it out of my room, through the house, and out of the front door. I was never bothered by them until recently. The hag has been tormenting me lately. I dream about being confronted by someone I do not like, and they end up attacking me; I wake up with them on top of me trying to stifle or suffocate me. I cannot catch my breath, and feel like I am in danger of succumbing to them; then, at the last moment, I wake up...

I too see from time to time.. Most recently due to my employment,(work in a hospital) which leads me to suggest that you have been experiencing energies / entities / astral / spirits / ghosts... & not what One would call Shadow People..
(they are different again)
Perhaps the figure in White was actually on your side come to assist, perhaps in answer to your high self's call leading ALL out the door / clearing & cleansing your space of souls.. and then...
Such is the role for some White Lighters.. (Just a thought, offered as sharing)
Albiet lost.. Or attatched to energy, time & space / past, present & future.. Or attracted to YOU by Your energetic + magnetic + aura vibrating / thoughts / feelings ect.. Or simply put Your LIGHT..

I remember shadow people all my life...as i awoke,when I was babysitting...people just used to say i was giving myself the heeby jeebys...but I knew better...even now when i am walking i feel them in the dark of the road

iunderstand the hag is quite something to deal with from what i've read on them they don't exorsize very well either there must be a aamulet of some sorts against them.

Mmm i have heard this term used a lot in conversations with friends in america,are these shadow people different to entities,spirits as i get the feal theyr of their own dimension different to other visitors thru the veil?

Aye,I believe they are,somewhat displaced entities at times,not sure of what form or side of the reralm to be on.
