Skeleton keys and plain "old" keys. An excellent magick tool for removing obstacles, for lovers and for luck. Hecate loves them!
I wear one on a chain for a necklace. So many people have asked me about it and wanted one for themselves that I went on a hunt for them today at various flea markets and antique stores. I found 11 keys today! They will make excellent Yule presents for my friends. :) Thought I would share my find with you. They really work. Here is a picture of mine.

Wow, I love this post I have all sorts of keys and I have even done a class about using keys in spellwork, guess I should go dig it up for you. I think I have that class saved on my other hard drive, or on s disk ..... I'll post it later when I find it.

I always thought it was the resonance of doorways in the jingle sound that are still close to the child on an etheric level. I think it triggers a happy thought in them. Mine always seem to be happy while jingling the keys a bit.

One of my best friends in high school gave me a brass key to an old ship. He went to MIT and I stayed here, as I was a year younger... and couldn't have gotten into MIT anyway ha ha... but I have always been attached to that key. I really loved him and I always thought that was a cool gift. It wasn't "for" anything... it was just something he brought back for me. He's marrie with thee, four, I don't know.. lots of kids now, but I still have that key.

i had noticed that when my kids were little they always loved my keys... I just found a skeleton key to the basement in my mother in laws home... |
i am looking at it now and it looks like it is at least 50 years old.
