Spell Help

Alright, my father is headed to training for Iraq then headed to Iraq within the next 6 months. I'd like to do a protection spell, but I'm kind of iffy because I've never done one as big as what I'd like for this particular spell. I'd like to try to cover his entire platoon, but I'm not sure how to protect people I have never seen or know. Any suggestions?

HUGS FIRST OFF TO YoUR DA!! My DAVID is retired USAF MAJ!! I can help you. I can give you a spell or suggesstions! What a grande thing to do for him and want to include his whole platoon!! EXCELLENT.I do feel,believe and see it as being more protective and powerful coming from YOU in your own words!! I generally SET WARDS around people of protection You can encompass one,actually around your DA and a LARGER one around his platoon......A ward protects those in it North South,East West,Ove and under,kinda of like a concave around them encircled,I add flaming swords to mine and seal it with a pentagram,but yiou can add what you see as relevent...I "SEE" it in my mind and put it out there with my energies and ask my dieties to add their energies,so you can use your own......I am fortunate,I do work with the waerior Fey and Morrighan,who can be a Goddess of war. If you can draw,you can draw the wards on paper too,with your DA and the platoon in there. KEEP THE WORDS FROM YOUR HEART AND SIMPLE!! You can also have a picture of your DA and the platoon,use names,try to be as specific as you can......Let me know if I can help . I'm happy too!!

This is so right on, keep it true to the heart and keep it simple...love the flaming swords, I use a flaming pentagram....good stuff here

Why complicate things? If you are not that confident you could try some simple bubble protection /meditatiation.

Take 2 white candles and a picture of your father (if you or he has a picture of the others you are trying to protect, great)

Light the candles place picture of loved one(s) in the center. Relax in your circle, Breathe deep. Visualize a beautiful white light all around you, like a bubble. Make it stronger, and make it shine brighter. Make it grow until it fills the room. Fill the bubble with love. Know that it will protect you where ever you go.

Next step your loved one(s)

Picture your loved one(s). See a glowing light all around them. It is just like the bubble you are in. It glows with safety and protection. Make it stronger, bigger, brighter. Visualize this as long as you like. When you are done, wish your loved one(s) well and know that they are safe.

Now prepare to end the meditation. Feel your circle of light bring you back to the present moment and the room you are in. Take a deep breath and stretch for a moment before you get up.

Let the candles burn as long as you like, then snuff them out. You may light them at any time you wish to strengthen the visualization and protection.

Others may share different methods with you, like I said keep it simple.
