The origins of the entity we know and love as "Weiner Dog" are steeped in mystery and magick. His tale is a tale of love and loss, a tale of heroic exploits and the very downfall of civilization. Weiner Dog's story is a story of the times and a tragic look at the delicate fabric of our society....
In the beginning, the God and Goddess created life and light and love. Then other things happened (which are Mysteries saved for Trad Witches) and a whole bunch of stuff occurred, then the Goddess said "Let there be weiner dog".
And there was weiner dog.
Those first years were filled with much sadness, as weiner dog struggled to find his place in the grand scheme of things. Eventually though, he did (but I cannot tell you how, it is also a Mystery).
In his fifth year, weiner dog struggled with many of the things we ourselves struggle with; Will the hot dog suit be itchy? Will I find a good place in the yard to pee? What do the other dog's butts smell like? Yes, one could say that weiner dog was practically human.
And so, one dreary day in early spring, our forlorn friend found his way to the magickal and enchanted home of Queen Arachneh who put her hand on weiner dog's mustard covered body and declared "As a sign that you be truly free, you shall come to paganspace and free us from tyranny and injustice and remind all those to stop taking themselves so damn serious."
And so weiner dog came to paganspace where he was loved and cherished by all. And although he takes many forms and wears many faces, there is but one power that is Weiner Dog and he is the very Light that leads us through the darkness.
So it is written. So let it be done. Weinerus Dogerus. E Pluribus Unimus.
Finitio.
