Permalink Reply by Jo on The first episode was bad. It was splotchy, too fast, too much shoved in. they went from the big drama with Tara at the end of season 4 and then made it seem like a blip. And whats with Eric going from declaring his undying love for Sook and 5 minutes later he is f***g little miss vamp slut? He and Bill can both feel when she is in trouble, but they have just forgotten her. And why isn't Jessica feeling Bill's pain and fear?
Eps 2 is much better and I love Tara as a vamp. She is so wicked. Pam bit off an awful lot to chew with that one.

this week's Was kind of boring. I did like the part were tara see's the galaxy was cool! I do think Pam was totally rotten for abandoning a newborn vampire that's not how Eric treated her! Pam is a bad Momma! My Question was why did she even agree to help turn Tara in the first place?
one of my other forum website's someone cuaght a flaw, They can not see themselves in mirrors? How did Tara see herself in the carwindow?
In true blood they can see themselves in mirrors remember Bill telling sookie way back in the first season that vampires created that myth themselves so they could falsely prove they were human. Gods i'm such a geek LOL you might wanna recap on your trubie history.

To me it remiinds of Dark Lord series and Anita Blake series . I got it right away...! I did go and rent the episodes from the beginning... ther wise your not going to get it likee a Soap Opera.... This show is so not PC if your into that, this show is not PC.
I was thinking the same thing... Why does Pam can not figure out that,Eric is in harmsway ... I really hate how poorly written the show can be sometimes....

I would like to see them bash the left wing at least once and stop bashing the right wing constantly. Or maybe they can just stop bashing both wings. It is HBO and they do love their bashing.
I've never compared them to the Anita series. That series is so violent dark and raw and Sookie is light, tongue in cheek with a totally different feel to it. I have read sookie 17 times and would think I would be an expert on it, but I usually find something new each time I read them.
Why doesn't Pam feel Eric? Good question. She feels Tara. And why doesn't Jessica feel Bill? Why didn't Eric feel slut vamp when she was waiting outside his house? She is his sister, he would have felt her.Though in the book he didn't feel his maker and little brother when they were outside sooks window.
