UPDATE JAN. 14th, 2010

I wanted to thank everyone again who has sent energy to my nephew in law. I wanted to let you all know that he passed over this morning to the Summerland/Otherworld.

Now we move ahead with the job of helping his 4 children (ages 16, 14, 9 & 5) through this very difficult transition they have to make in their lives. It will be hard for them but they have a wonderful grandmother and many other people who love them to help them through this transition.

Once again thank you to all of you who took the time to send supportive, healing energy to my nephew.

UPDATED POST 11/18/09

I just found out this evening/last night that my nephew in law, George is now under Hospice care. At the moment he is in the hospital because of repeated dehydration issues. He is supposed to be getting a Picc line (catheter ) put in so he can come home and a visiting nurse can administer what he needs to keep him hydrated and comfortable. They will hopefully be putting the line in tomorrow so he can be home with his family for Thanksgiving.

I want to Thank everyone who has taken the time to send energies to him and his family. It has been and continues to be very much appreciated.

ORIGINAL POST

I know I have been missing from here for a lil bit..but we have alot on our plate right now...between Coz's work, our 2 older girls and the baby... getting a Handfasting ready that we are Officiating on Samhain...we've been busy,busy.

Another thing that we have been concentrating our efforts on is my nephew in law...he is the reason I am writing today.....

George was diagnosed with Liver cancer earlier this year... he has been undergoing treatment ever since... a few of his medications were trial ones. There was a positive outlook for him since the tumor had not grown any further. I just got off the phone with his girlfriend ( he and my niece are not together anymore)... he had a Doctor's appointment today...they told him that he is terminal and they are giving him 3 months... they suggested going off all treatment and just going home. George is a fighter and IS NOT going to just give up...he plans on continuing treatment and fighting this to the end.

He is a good friend..the 1 who always helps everyone out... He is also the Father of 4 of my great nieces and nephews (ages 16 down to age 5)... he is their custodial parent.

George has a hell of a fight before him... I'm asking if anyone who can...to PLEASE send some positive energy his way...supportive energy to him and his children and his girlfriend.... I am not asking for a cure..because what will be , will be, if it is his time, it is... if he is meant to kick this disease's ass and live longer, it will be...no matter the outcome IT WILL NOT BE AN EASY ROAD... so I am asking for supportive, positive energies be sent his and his family's way to help them on this part of their journey here in the mundane.

I will ask the goddess to heal him if it's to be if not ease his pain.sending healing energy now catch it and pass it on to him.

Will pass along the info..thank you for giving me it to me. I'm not sure if he'd be able to afford it if it is expensive... he has been out of work for awhile now and I'm sure his medical will not cover it...but we will check into it.

I'll light a candle in the morning. I send strength and healing...and remember, many's the patient who's been told to give up treatment and go home to die who lived LONG past whatever time the doctor's decreed. The spirit is capable of making the body strong...and the will to live can be amazing!

I will do anything I can to help. I watched my father fight and thought they gave him six weeks to live he fought. We found out at yule and he lived to see Ostra that year. They told me that I was terminal, I am now in complete remission. May the Goddess wrap him in her loving embrace and may the God protect him and his family through these hard times.
