I knew I would find this comment today.  I just did.  Because I was going to respond with an experience that was witnessed in the same way you are describing.

I was invited to dinner at a friends home.  We both were talking without any booze because I typically don't drink and the stairway I saw a bride in a white gown floating down the stairs.  So I Asked and he said that's my wife who passed away.  People don't believe me when I tell them I see her all the time.

We were both really pleased to have had her over and to join us.  So I think you know what is going on.

Maybe, or he could just want to hang out.

Or is it because he died from something other than natural causes????

Nah, I don't think so.

Any ideas as to what's happening here????

Perhaps, he just wants to stay around a little longer.

It would seem, that Shawna is doing something that he doesn't approve of. With out more information on what happen to Josh or what it is that Shawna is doing, that is the best that I got.

As others said, he just may not be ready. It could be unfinished business.... a problem he will not leave, until he sees it fixed. (ie the mutual friend)....and as for coming back, did he believe in reincarnation?

Josh went through a few transitions. He was Jewish originally. Then he converted to Christianity. And then he became a Norse pagan
