Ok - this question has been prompted by another discussion I have read through........
Just what are the "Olde Ways"?? I'm assuming there are different "Old Ways" for different people as NOT everybody believes the same way. I only seek information to help me on my own path here.
It's about doing things in ritual, and following older paths than others. Some of the more 'freely' practiced paths today like being an Ecclectic Wiccan are more new. Following a more clearly defined path such as Xtype Italian Witchcraft would be seen as an 'Olde Way'. Or at least thats how I see it.
Thank you, Siiri - I hope you aren't the only one to respond in this manner as I'm looking for more information on the Old ways - are there "Old ways" in the Shamanic paths as well?
Perhaps I need to rephrase the question - when somebody says "Old Ways", what does that mean to you? I mean, what it means to you may not be the same as what it means to Pavlor or Nautonnier.
Well....here are the Olde ways as I see them:
1. Wearing dentures
2. Complaining about 'kids these days'
3. Using a walker
4. Boycotting corn on the cob
I was wondering that myself...I probably read the same post as you. What i got from that discussion is that you were either born with the knowledge or not, and if you weren't born with it...you were not a true witch. Therefore neo pagan or Wiccan. Aka fluffy bunny.Sometimes i feel like i am being ignored on here too, but this little fluffy bunny is'nt going anywhere and I've met some really nice people here who are more than happy to share what they know.
Blessings~
