What do you believe will happen in the year 2012?

Me? I think it's absurb to believe that the world will end in the year 2012.
I believe that the human race will be around for a long, long time.
But I also believe that there will be changes. I think that the poles would switch and the axis
would be moved. There would be a lots of deaths. Then, after the year 2012, would be a time
of peace. I believe that the death are nothing magical. But it's like hurricane Katrina.
And how storms are really horrible. It's related to global warming and the moving of the axis.
The Earth moves like a top. It wobbles. Storms will increasingly take lives from now to 2012,
millions will die. Then, everything will be peaceful, not perfect just a time of peace.
After that, we'll probably have another war.
The reason I believe this has more to do with the history channel. We are reaching a glatical alignment. Nobody knows what will happen. But the really bad weather seems to be proof that the poles will move, as well as the axis. So, it's really a theory.

So, what do you believe?

That nothing at all will happen?
The earth will end? Switching of the poles or tilting of the axix?
Any input?

ALL life on earth will die. Then it will be born again. Just like forever. The earth keeps herself clean. She recycles life just like we've known for years. What was before will be again, just different. I think there will be a planatary collision of some sort...who knows. I really don't worry about it. I live life for the moment.; ▶ Reply to This

We humans are survivers. I do believe that the axis would shift which would cause havok, tho.

I'm not saying 2012 per sa. But global warming does have it's effects.

There will be a large amount of deaths, mainly due to people being unprepared. According to another website, it also said that many ppl would turn away from Christianity.
I don't hate Christianity. but they do have WAY TOO MUCH power.
And they constantly abuse it. Like who gives a damn if Obama is Christian or not.
Or we that petty that we won't vote for a man simply b/c he's not christian?

LOL Actually, we humans are like nasty little ticks on the back of mother earth and are polluting her water, air, earth, sucking the life blood out of the ground and cause so much other horrible damage like hacking down rain forests and so forth. What do you think will happen. The earth will continue, human kind will end but not all at once. I speculate that many tragic things will happen, more tornados, earthquakes, floods etc to wipe out lots of us. If ppl would just learn to wise up and respect Mother Nature like we did back in ancient paganism,
None of this would happen. Like the majority of what's happening, is happening due to global warming.
