The problem is the yelling. The juridic terms are "disturbance of the peace by night" and "insufferable behaviour", at least in my country.

There have always been individuals who behaved like this, just read a random Charles Dickens.

I had a neighbor like that once. When he got good and lit I took some powdered chalk, went on the street in front of his house and did some 'magic'. Basically, I dressed up in a black robe, rang my bell so he would hear and come out side. When I was sure he was looking I started 'chanting' while I drew a strange design with the powdered chalk. He was sure that I had hexed him. Never had a problem again!

I love that i guess i should draw a hex on her front door and let her think what it might mean, but then again with my luck theyd hall me off to jail but it is something to think about.

That's why you do it in the street in powdered chalk. No trespassing. I f the cops complain about the street it hoses off. And magic isn't recognized by the courts so no TRO. I'm wicked.
