Whiny US Senators
Seriously, the health-care bill that all our reps are saying is too long to sift through? They say it's what, about 1500 pages? .....um, so? That's what we elect them to do; that's why they have six-figure incomes; so that they are motivated to sift through legislation, to make sure their constituency doesn't get STIFFED. What the hell is the problem? None of these whiny bastards are bothering to read the proposed legislation, and I want to know WHY. Why is it so difficult for these douches to do their JOBS? All this whining about how long the bill is; you know what? The average Harry Potter novel is about 1000 pages long, and fourth-graders buzz through those in a few weeks or less. Am I the only one who has come to the conclusion that our elected officials are over-paid and under-worked?

There's a lot of people in the UK Government who are well past their sell by date too.
I've seen a few who would need a Viagra back rub to sit up straight.

heck if people rely that much on modern meds then go ahead with the darm bill i understand having surgery and stuff like that but all of our medications are from plants,animals,fungi and other stuff. so why has every one turned they back on using the old cures that actualy work? and my other question is why turn you back on some thing that works to pay cash for something that dosent

because doctors don't prescribe that we get in a plain, fly to a foreign country, climb some mountain, correctly identify some root, and then ingest it via a nice tea.

because there are medical issues modern pharmaceuticals treat better than any known natural remedies. not saying ALL pharmaceuticals are good, or better than natural remedies, but there are modern drugs that save lives that no known natural remedy could. case in point: penicillin. sorry, ludite-ism doesn't work anymore than the "relentless march of progress"

most meds come from nature every plant is here for a reason. i am sure there is a cure for everything out there we just need to discover them. i dont think the gods or spirits put pharmaceuticals here on earth and told us to use em lol
