Witches in Your Family/Clan?

EVERY time the thought,idea or mention of "I have witches in my fam",people on here get irritrated and pissed off. I really dont get it,ok,WE are all tolerant of each other's paths,right? You are Wiccan,I asm a witch,You are a Budhist,I am a Christian,You are a Satanist,I am a monk..so why get so bent out of shape and just not accept when someone mentions they have witches in their family? My mom believed in the Fey,my gran was an Irish seer.Good for them,!! It makes me no more or less,just is. take it or leave it. Who else has witches in their fam?

My family is full of witches, but they hide it behind a guise of Roman Catholicism. I wish I knew why. I am very open about the fact that I am both Wiccan and a Witch. :); ▶ Reply to This

Same with me - my mom used to practice big time before I was born and my grandma used guides, etc (I'm not sure to what extent she was involved), but my mom stopped when she became a JW and so now she has nothing to do with it. Yet she'll let things slip like you just need to ground yourself, etc. Makes me laugh. :); ▶ Reply to This
