Problems with functions

Hi!... I'm new to this site..I find this site offers many subjects of interest to me..and a way to learn from other experienced people.. plus it's fun and a way to meet people with simiar interests..

I like this site.. however I'm having problems with some functions.. such as I can't send requests to join a groups or friends.. I can accept a friend invite but not a group invite..

I would be more active on this site if I could acess these features..

I did check under help section and had hubby help to to check if Java scrib is enabled ..found out it is on our computer so I can rule this out..
also tried deleting internet cache.. still didn't help..

I did send an issue report but not sure if it went through.. thought I'd also post here..

I do have the same problems with functions on other Ning site.. any help or suggestions would be appreciated.. Blessings.. Kim

If it's not the browser then I need for you to contact the network direct at this link because they will be able to get you going in the right direction to fix the issue.

You will need to log in with your paganspace username & password and then let them know the problems you are having w/ this site and others.

I'm sorry I could not be of more help but hopefully if it's not your browser the network will know what is causing the issues.; ▶ Reply to This

Thanks for your help.. as a matter of fact a bad circumstance.. of our family computer not working since this past Saturday.. also helped me to sort this out..

My daughters boyfriend was kind enough to bring his computer to our house to make sure what the problem is... our computer or Monitor.. turns out to be our computer..

I'm using his computer as I type this.. he has Mozilla FireFox.. I'm now able to do functions I could not do on my computer.. my computer has internet explorer for an browser .. I just accepted some group requests which I could not do on my computer.. I'll see if i can have Mozilla Fire Fox also loaded as a browser link on my computer... Thanks again..Kim; ▶ Reply to This
