sending photo to all friends

When I try to send a photo to all friends I do not see the menu bar (such as above) or the attachment file as below.

I am totally confused.

also camera that is the menu bar I can't locate. My browser is fine. When I want to send phot to friends. I am going to email account on pagan space and then looking for the menu bar that is above. Thanks for your help
