i would also suggest to beginners to work on developing your awareness of energies and spiritual forces. i will provide 3 links that you can sit and close your eyes as you listen, try to gently focus upon what your hearing and notice what you can feel emotionally and energeticly and see. this is spirit magic, otherwise known as shamanic.
