Here are a couple of ways to maybe assist in the healing process. I will be interested to know if these had any effect, but really they will if you keep a positive mind.

#1:Healing Spell

Good for either physical or emotional healing, or both! Light some healing incense. Draw the runes for bad things (poison, disordered thoughts, war, etc.) and destroy them completely. Scribble over them, white them out, shred them! Throw the pieces in the garbage or better yet, burn them! Then, project your energy while visualizing you or whoever you're doing the spell for happy and healed. You might want to also visualize the rune for peace, comfort and healing. While you visualize, chant:

"Erase [name here]'s misery,
Soothe [name here]'s sorrow,
Bring him/her/me comfort and peace,
Bring him/her/me healing and happiness,
Bless [name here] with love and light,
So mote it be.

#2:Spell for Getting Rid of Pain

Take two chairs, put both facing each other. Sit in the one that is most comfortable. Look at the other chair and envision your pain/suffering sitting there. Go in to as much detail as possible for 15 min. This should help your pains and headaches. After about 2 hours, it will be safe to move the chairs back. Your pain should dissipate.

#3:Banishing Anger

Pick out an ordinary stone or pebble. Carry the stone on you for a while while you're angry and let it absorb all those angry vibes. Physically project your anger into the stone, stare at it and imagine all the circumstances that caused your anger are crystallized within the stone. Then take it to a running body of water and hurl it as far as you can into the water. Watch it sink. The running water will wash all your anger away. It is wise to note, to make sure the water is not flowing toward your home, away is fine.

Dear Lady Dragonfire,
I dont know if this may help at all, it is not a spell it is just a way that I have learned in my growth of my many paths, but, her pain is as you speak her anger keeps her in pain and shall until she learns to forgive this person whom done her harm. Her heart aches and she has to find the way within herself to find forgiveness in her heart.
I can relate to her anger for I was there at one time and yes, I too stayed angry at the person whom caused me harm. That anger is what drove my pain and made it worse in time. I too use to follow the catholic religion, but even in all religions we are taught forgiveness from within. I wish there was a better way or a spell I could give you, which I could but the spell will not work until she first receives the gift of forgiveness.In her words as she knows
them, "Lest not judge, or ye shall be judged". She is being judged also for doing the same. Teach her and show her a different way, you have it within you to do this. Good Luck and Blessings to you and her.

Hey Everyone,

I hope you are doing well?

I have a question that I desperately need answers to and I'm hoping that it can be answered here.

I have a neighbor/girlfriend, who was in a car accident about 4 years ago. She in in pain ALL the time. Now I'm guessing that because of the pain she is so beyond angry (and I can definitely relate) most of the time. Angry at the guy who did this to her, as well as the doctor who kept her from winning the lawsuit against him.

Is there anything that I can do that would help pull away some of that anger and fear and paid that I'm seeing?

She is very Catholic. She knows I'm Wiccan/Pagan, and it doesn't seem to bother her.

I have a negativity spell that I use on myself, but can it be directed anywhere specific?

We are in the process of finding a house together as the park where we live got foreclosed on by the bank and we are getting screwed over big time. I just want to be able to live under the same roof without going insane.

I'm working on my certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer and want to open my own gym. I've been doing a lot of research on pain and what not, so I know I can help her in the future, but for now, how do I help her just get rid of the pain?A friend of hers had similar back problems and told her it took him 10 years to be moderately pain free, and I know that is part of her problem. She is soooo very stubborn, and driving her Son (who is Autistic) nuts.

I don't want to screw with karma or anything. I just want to help her.

Any and all ideas would be greatly appreciated, as I am still very new to anything dealing with spells.

Just stopping in to say Hi.
One thing I learned about life is you have to accept the bad with the good to keep balance. I have met some wonderful people on Pagan Space. I think we are all connected, and here for a reason. I'm looking forward to share, learn and have fun with new friends.
