I have been a member of ADF 4 either 3 1/2 years or nearly 22 years, depending on who you ask.  Isaac sure founded a great religion.

I'm back my Sister and Brothers. I have been gone a long time since my Druid Bud Isaac died. I knew him for over 40 years. He should be missed and respected. I am honoring his memory the best way I can. I'm rebuilding the Abbottsinn International School of Magick in his memory. Isaac encouraged me to start the Magick School in 1970. In 1971 he made me a 3rd order Druid. I founded the Hazelnut Mother Grove that same year. It still exist here on the internet. Isaac encouraged me and hired me at Gnostica News. He and I worked on PentAlpha Journal together. He encouraged me to write a book on the Tarot. I started  it a few months before his death in 2010. He got me to join ADF. He was my best friend. I will miss him forever. I went into a deep depression for a year and a half. I just came out of it this year. Abbottsinn International School of Magick is now on 13 networks including this one. There is a lot of work to do to put The Magick School back together. I could use some help. If you want to help contact me on my page here on this network. I hope to be very active in this group now that I am back. I plan to do many postings if you will let me. Remember this Isaac created the ADF. Never forget it. You owe a great debt to this wonderful man. He deserves all of your respect. Take Care All and Blessed Be. Peace! Peace! Peace! Hey Elf Seeker. Let me first say Welcome back!  We each follow our own paths, and we're glad yours has brought you back in our direction. Looking at the town you have listed in your profile, I compared it against the map of ADF Groves. It looks like your only a bit over an hour from Muin Mound Grove in Syracuse. You can find this map by logging into the ADF members section, and searching for the word "MAP". The top result should be the page with both the members on a map, and the groves.
Once again. Welcome to ADF.

Threefold Blessings to all here.  :)  I've been a member of ADF since 2006, now settled in Oregon and hoping to meet other ADFrs here soon.

Hello everyone, I'm a soldier in Iraq and I would just like to thank paganspace and everyone who is a part of it for giving me the ability to talk to and interact with like minded people.  Even so far away from home or anything green :)

Part of the advice I was curious about was where to go for comments. I was also curious on the solitary Druid book. I've read it which got me interested about ADF, so I was curious how close that was to what I would be doing as a part of the group. Also is there anything I should worry about doing or getting while I'm waiting for my packet to arrive?

My best advice to a newcomer joining ADF is to not get too distressed by the email wars. It's been fairly quiet recently, but occasionally some real doozy arguments break out. There are a lot of very passionate people on the ADF lists, and they like to argue. But they don't hate each other or anything and they're not really flaming each other, they're just having very vigorous debates about Life, the Universe, anything.

Hi, Drake... What kind of advice are you looking for? One thing I'll say is that ADF's own lists are a very good place to turn to for comments, etc. They are much more active than this. Welcome to ADF in advance!
