Been dying to tell this story...

My spirit animal is a red fox.
My Grandfather was very connected with his Cherokee heritage, though he only had a touch of it. When I was about 5 (and I remember this vividly for some reason) we went camping with the whole family. Grandpa took me for a long walk in the woods. And I remember him telling me that it was time for me to meet my spirit.
As we were walking, and I was acting like a normal 5 year old, running ahead and picking up sticks and playing in dirt, out of no where this big red fox came to a running stop right in front of me, looked me right in the eyes, yelped and then scampered off. I laughed and just kept on being a kid.
And from behind me I heard 'A fox? I get a f***ing bluebird and you get a fox?'
Now the fox is with me wherever I go.
Hehe...thanks Grandpa for the memory and the spirit.

Hello everyone. It's been a while. My tarantula totem has been lying low lately, allowing my cobra to be more active in my life. My elephant has also been more active lately, but mostly the cobra. That makes sense, since I am Shakti Wiccan, and the cobra is the animal belonging to Shiva.

A whit wolf is a beautiful animal and so is your avi. Is she also your totem?
