I thank everyone who took the time to join my group, recently I felt a pull towards creating this group as if someone was telling me to. So following i obeyed and its standing today and im hoping for it to grow and to make a nice community for memebers to come for help or any discussion. I encourage all members to post and share their feelings because all opinions are valued and i'd really appriciate any invites that are sent out and i wish blessings for all of the members of Archangels & Beyond.

Comment by Fiona 35 minutes ago: Hello Everybody!!! I'm new here. Not to paganspace. But I'm new to this group, a girl (?) from occult corpus invited me here. I've been working with angels for 2 years. Before that, I've been a Satanist for about 3 years. Before that, I was Wiccan.

Wicca wasn't fulfilling for me. Satanism added far too much negativity to my life. Tho, I did appreciate all the intelligent conversations. One good thing that I did love about Satanism is that you could have lots of intelligent conversations with people.

When it comes to working with angels. It's very fulfilling. It does add lots of positivity to your life. Make you a better person. But I don't know anybody in this path. I know people who've written books on this path, but that's it. Haven't made any friends that work with angels. I am FAR, FAR, FAR from perfect. And I'm not really trying to be perfect. I'm just trying to be the best I can. I do strictly white magick, though. Well, if God allows it. I do a bit of Hoodoo, since it's similar. Like I have a book called, "The Power of Psalms."

I guess if you want to know my personality type. I am born in the Chinese Year of the Snake. And it pretty much describes me near perfectly. It's not 100 percent accurate. But like maybe 90% - 95% accurate. I do practice strictly white magic to help people, if God wills it. But I'm not perfect. Not trying to be. I can be very irritable. But I could also be very nice and helpful. And I'm mentioning this because sometimes there's a personality clash when one person tries to change another person or doesn't accept a person for who they currently are. I mean, I do try to be the best person I can. Some of the people whom I'm close friends with were my friends when I was at my worst. And they got to see my personality improve. They got to see me become a better, kinder, nicer person because they were with me at my darkest time. And I think what goes wrong with human relationships is when people try to change you or when people when people want to judge you for your personality. I try to allow people to be who they are and just send healing light to them. But you know, we're all different. And Snake, as in the Chinese year of the Snake. Pretty much describes me very well. It's actually highly accurate about me. Not 100%. Like 90%. I mean, it's amazing when you could read a book and be like, "Wow! That's TOTALLY me. Yes. I actually do, do that!" Even the criticisms are accurate. Which is kinda astonishing. It really is accurate about my faults, too. I do try to work on them, tho. Instead of sitting there impressed. But it just takes time.

Sorry if this comes across as defensive, I just have no idea what to expect from a group like this. But there is a common internet problem and even a real life problem which is very consistent of people trying to change other people. That or acting Holier than Thou because they don't like your personality. I see it so much everywhere and that is how a lot of real life and cyber fights, start. I do think that we as a human race could all learn how to get along with each other if we were to learn to appreciate our differences. Treat each other with respect. Learn that it's a good thing that we all think differently. Not try to force people into our way of thinking. And to send healing light to a person who has strong negative flaws. But thinking differently is not a negative flaw. When somebody is mean and rude, I send healing light there way. Well, when I'm not irritated. I think what makes me so irritable are the things mentioned above. I love and appreciate what makes us different. And I just find it annoying when people are trying to limit my rights OR the rights of other people. I'm Not gay. I'm Straight. However, I believe in Gay marriage and adoption.

There used to be a discussion on which is your favourite archangel to work with but it has been deleted. OP must have left Paganspace I'm not happy about that!

Comment by Lady Aletria on February 5, 2013 at 9:24am: We recently had a hostage situation down here in Alabama, guess many saw this on the news where a gunman killeda school bus drives and took a little boy hostage for a week and kept him in a bunker with him.. The gunman was killed yesterday and today the boy is safe and going on as if nothing happened.. he is an autistic child, but I'm wondering why this little boy in particular was taken to be with this troubled man in his final days.. If the child had a different personality perhaps the outcome would have been different.. We Irish call people with afflictions "Innocents" Angels do come in various shapes and sizes and I believe perhaps little Ethan had a task to do.. the kidnapper had a very troubled past and needed to pay for his past crimes BUT he was also a decorated Viet Nam Vet.. makes me wonder.. how about you?
