You will need a piece of adventurine and some dew. Begin by getting up in the morning and taking your piece of adventurine outside. Adventurine is a healing stone that is noted for its abilities to strengthen eyesight, increase perception, and calm emotions. Cover the stone with the dewdrops that cover the grass and low growing flowers. The dew gathered on May Day morning has powerful healing properties. As you cover the adventurine with dewdrops, say three times:
Healing morning dew of grass and flowers
Flow into this stone and fill it with your power
Blessed Be! As I will, so shall it be!
Carry the stone with you in your pocket, in a medicine bag, or in your purse to continuously access its healing energies. Recharge the stone by regularly taking it out in the morning, covering it with dew, and repeating the spell.
