If Colorado is home to you....

I was born in Colorado Springs, lived in Michigan, Virginia, and California, but Colorado always called me back. Finally I answered, and here I am. I can't even begin to describe how it feels to finally be back where my spirit belongs. :)

Sorry, no "Book of Pagan Common Prayer". Many books out there, you must glean out the nuggets that appeal to you and write your own book, be it a Book of Shadows or whatever. It is definatly about your particular path in search of the divine. Happy writing. MM

The trouble with "bibles" of any sort is that they become breeding grounds for dogma. There are generally two commonly used Christian Bibles in the world today: the Protestant format, i.e. King James, NIV, etc., and the Catholic format, i.e. The New Jerusalem Bible. Have you noticed that no two groups can agree on the teaching of one Bible? Pagan religion, if there is such a thing, is comprised of many paths, and each path is suited to different individuals. If there were one Bible to which we could all refer, we would degrade ourselves just as the Christians have - slaughtering one another in wild abandon over what we believe our God's/Goddess' will is at that particular time. Therefore, we explore the paths that feel right, or call to us. We live in harmony with one another's belief system, holding it as neither superior nor inferior to our own. So, if you are new to alternative religions, ask questions, explore web-sites, and browse book stores. In a way, we do have a Bible: it's called "Life."

There are many books about many things...It depends on what you are attracted to and what makes your heart sing and your mind race. I always go to the book store (New Age section)and touch a few books that jump out at me and read the back of the cover, than the one that I am most drawn to usually gets purchased and goes home with me....Use your instincts!!!

It is by caffein alone
that I set my mind in motion.
It si by the beans of java,
that my thoughts acquire speed.
The hands acquire shakes;
The shakes become a warning.
It is by caffein alone
that I set my mind in motion.
Blessed Be all
