Dawn, I felt so much emotion at your post. I wanted to say something, and have been following silently. I am glad you are rebuilding in a positive way, and that the direction you are getting makes sense. I agree with these comments. Yes, the best tools are made or found. In fact, studies have shown that walking outdoors is nature therapy. Many found objects, such as feathers which symbolize air, are very meaningful. And they are free!

The best tools are the ones you make yourself.You will see pics on my profile of a couple of things I have made myself and i would be more than happy to teach you what I know.

Thank you so much for your help and advice. It makes it easier to cope with when one can talk. I'm rebuilding my alter. First thing I got was incense and incense burner. Now I have to collect candles again. Thankfully down at the dollar store I can get emergency candles, 10 for a buck. At least I can rebuild with more understanding and not just getting something because it's bright and shiny. Any suggestions?

dear DAWN dont wary about all your lost objects. besides it is better to make new soplise every year. herbs are geting toxic and if you dont be very carefull with your oils they loose there perfume. i also dont have any covens here in greece. i dont know if you have any idea if thete is any coven in greece.

I have been looking for a Dianic based group here in Colorado and haven't had much luck. So I have decided to follow Z's idea of starting a study group.
