greeting i am taking classes in tarot i study the waite/simth deck and i also have posted my notes in my tarot group i wish i found this group eariler i whould have gave my info here if you like you could check it out but i will also give my notes to this group blessings

Greetings all. I do not do readings, but love the idea of Tarot. A few years back I bought me a deck of Thoth Cards and Crowley's book about it. I love the art work of this deck and others I've seen and was thinking of collecting decks for their art work. It was suggested to me that this wasn't a good ides because of bad energy or something like that. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this. My own feeling is that if the reading of the tarot is a matter of individual interpretation then my owning a deck should be about the same thing. As long as I don't try to pretend to understand how to read or try to give readings, it should all be OK.

Is this person handing me a load of whooy, or is there something I should know?

So, maybe this comment is a little late... LOL. I think that sounds really interesting. Every card has some valuable lesson regardless of one's view on Tarot. I wonder if it might be strange for people who don't approve to Tarot cards and the like, so that might be a sticky issue. However, awesome for those open to it! It might even get them interested in reading.

Hi all, I have been working with tarot for over 15 years. I don't think of my self as an expert though. I work as a life coach and have been thinking of teaching my clients to work with tarot as a tool of transformation.
Any thoughts on this?

Anyone work with scrying? I've started with a crystal ball and was surprised with the results. I have been practicing tarot for awhile too, but I've been told no matter how long you do it you'll always see something new.
