The CDC released a report 3 years ago stating that over 93% of Americans tested for other problems had a vitamin B deficiency. Lack of energy was the top reported symptom of vitamin B deficiency. With the mono-agriculture system used in the US, almost all of our foods come out vitamin deficient, so, check your vitamin B intake, before you spend time and money on a Doctor who will assume that you have already done that anyway.

i told my husband that i didnt have time to stand there and do dishes so either he washed them, bought me a dishwasher, or they would stay dirty. and that went on for about a month or so for yule i had a new dishwasher... needless to say i keep them up pretty well cus i can just take a few minutes to load it and then he unloads it. i know that this is not a solution for everyone but it worked for me

I usually dedicate my Sunday (my boyfriend works so I have no distractions or someone saying "We'll do it later >.<) Though my two worst enemies are dishes and laundry. I admit it is laziness that is the reason but would like tips anyway to see if there is a better way of thinking to get me to not put something off to where I stare at a huge pile of clothes on the couch or have science experiments growing in the kitchen.
