Druids of the Tuatha De Danann

Information

Druids of the Tuatha De Danann

Legend has it that they came from ships in the sky, arriving on Beltane in Ireland long, long ago. They were the Tuatha De Danann, a tall and beautiful race of beings filled with great magic and power. They conquered the Formorians, a race of giants who walked the land. The Tuatha De Danann ruled for many years, and great are their legends. After a bitter defeat by the Melesians, they were forced underground and became known as the Sidhe, the people of the Faerie Mounds. It is our wish to honor the Faerie Folk, and to remember the stories, myths and legends that have been passed down to us through the centuries.
