I haven't had much time for my friends (sorry) been busy but I am slowly getting life back in order. I have been working out slowly since I am so out of shape it isn't even funny. last night I did some lower body exercises lunges and side lunges, jumping jacks, squats, Russian Twist. Today it is upper body until I get used to it then I will start bring the workouts together so that I am doing a full body work out. Hope everyone has a Blessed and Fruitful Wednesday )o(

GOOD FOR YOU! Finding something you really ENJOY is key!!! Try Zumba dancing too!!  Its fun! i'm a nationally certified aerobics/fitness instructor......

I have lost 6 pounds. :) I finally got a life coach and she is working on my outer and inner me. I have issues in believing I am worthwhile sometimes. Working on it and it is a long process. I have given up real dairy and Carbs. I have soy substitute. I have a new workout video I will take a while to learn. It's dancing with the Pussycat Dolls. I am not a great dancer so learning these moves are harder for me, but just think i'll loss 10 pounds learning it. LOL Then on to the Line dancing workout. :)
