Hi! About a year ago I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia, after a horrible 2 year completely insane stressful relationship, that is. So I gained almost 20lbs. I know that being soooo stressed out made the hypoglycemia worse and some days I would really have to eat something every 2 hours, or else I would get sick. It's better now. But I do notice on days that I try and do my regular exercise routine I use to do, it hits me hard and it's like I'm not getting anywhere!!! So frustrating! I'm 5'3 and am at 136. I know thats not too bad, but compared to the me before all this. It is bad. So, if anyone has hypoglycemia or if ya just know something about it, maybe you are close to someone with this, I would love to hear your tips and /or ideas. :)
