LOWER ABS are tough.I would recommend crunches,however,cross your legs  (folding) them underneath you,and/or the cat arch,pulling in the lower abs,also handweights on each side,working the obliques(Side muscles along the waste line) 50 a day on each side......

Yes I am trying to loose weight around my stomach area, I have had two kids so that area needs some work :)
