I'm happy to have you all here, thank you for coming in, I look forward to hearing what you all have to share as well.

As I said in the above discussions, I won't be posting all of the histories right away as I sense most would like to start hearing about the Herbal gardens and the Herbs themselves. So I will start those in a couple of days, I will add the histories on and off after we get started.

Please feel free to share and request any info you may want or need. It may take me a day or two to get all out but I assure you I will and it will be done to the best of my ability.

I love to write and when I type too fast I tend to make mistakes, lol, so when typing this kind of info, I slow down and do all the checks need to assure the info given is correct.

Again thank you all and I hope we can make this a group we all can be proud of.

Greetings! Looking forward to learning and sharing! My focus of study right now is herbs and Alzheimer's. I'm looking mostly at sage and rosemary, and will be using rosemary as part of an aromatherapy experiment starting next week. It's nice to have a place for questions and hopefully, answers, about one of my favorite subjects: herbs!

Thank you much everyone, I'm glad I can help in some ways, I don't claim to know everything, but my education can help in locating the things I don't know. But as I have said many times, it is always best to speak with a Doctor about things like this, as many things today just can't be healed without side effects or something else going wrong. That is why I wanted the group to be really a Medical type of group and not magical. We all tend to treat ourselves at times, but do we really understand the outcome of what is happening or what could happen if we do. I can continue to post the histories of Herbs, but if you have specific areas you would like to hear 1st please let me know as I can skip the histories until later.

Tea dear you must of been reading my mind. I have started to work on the Herbs that have been listed in our Trads. BOS. I wanted to find out if the "remedies" were useful, and safe, side effects or just wives tales. I also wanted to make sure they would work with modern medicine. Your group will help me a great deal. Hope I can ask if I run across an herb I can't find on my own.
