HI.
Im studying for a diploma in Herbal Medicine and the herb which seems to come up all the time (and I mean for just about every illness you can imagine) is Chamomile. I never realised just how much this humble little plant was good for ! ;o)

self-taught, gardener by birth * my mom is a gardener/landscape designer, i grew up in the mud!* i've been studying for about 12 yrs now, on my own, just reading as much as i could find, and trial and error *on myself, i won't experiment on someone else!* i also always add a disclaimer *ie, i am not formally trained, if you have a cold, i will make you tea.... if you have cancer, there are people who went to school for 12 + yrs for that!* always looking to learn from others, or point people in the direction of books/web sites that have helped me.
