Grundall, you could paint four jars in designs that you like, fill them with sand and and then stand your candles in them. You could mix appropriate herbs and stones in with the sand.

Project completed.

The bronze age dagger blade found in Cornwall, is now re-handled, mounted with a blade guard, and leather bound base , with gifted Amethyst froma Coven member, and Pyrography completed.

The blades being kept as it is, not ` shined up`, as it reflects the genuine age of it, some possible 3,000 years old.

I look forward to what it will bring to workings -and Circle as time goes on:).

Maybe I'm being too simplistic but are the Ash seeds affected by the disease? Can the seeds be saved and the groves started afresh after the disease is eradicated byt killing those now standing?

Ok folks, this is a genuine Witchcraft Project -and needs the minds and skills of the Craft worldwide to help.

Britains Ash trees face the devastating disease that will effectively in say 5 years or so, KILL all trees in Britain.

Theres no cure, just rip up n burn, and stop importing.

The domain of the `fae` will be missing a Chieftan Tree as this develops, and no more ash handled Besoms, wands, Staffs, Stangs, or ` keys` to aid with our Magics.

 

`Where Ash & Oak & Thorn abound, there the faery folk be found`.

Somehow, another Tree doesnt quite fit the ` Let your spell be spake in Rhyme, to bind the Spell Will every time` -does it?

I was fortunate enough to be there at `Damh the Bards` Inspirational talk at the AGM of `The Witchcraft Museum` this year, which led to the embryonic `Project Yggdrasil`, details of which are above.

Latest project -genuine bronze age dagger  found in an archaological artefact retailers store in Cornwall -to be handled with Blackthorn, bound in black leather thong with pyrography Theban inscriptions.

Blade remains in current condition and not polished or cleaned in any way, should be an amazing Athame to compliment my ex Roman Gladius re-created Athame:)
