I don't know if this is where I can post this, but...
I was wondering if there have been any topics concentrating on Druids? I know there are a lot of controversies amongst some Druids on whether it's a religion or a philosophy. Or even if you can be a Christian Druid and so forth.
There have been many topics I'm very interested in. Chaos Magick and even pagan comic book writers. Alan Moore and Grant Morrison being the 2 well known ones. Grant Morrison is very involved in Chaos Magick and even has a site dedicated to it.

He hasn't updated it yet because of his schedule. This man has stage presence. He is a superior motivational speaker and can literally make a Christian practice magic without them thinking that maybe it's "wrong". I met him recently and was a bit intimidated because of the energy I could feel from him. It was concentrated power, and honestly it's scary when you're not ready for it. I mean even via the internet you can pick up on it. He is high on energy, mostly drugs, but energy too.
Also I was wondering if there is a chance that you can do a podcast, well more like a little topic on Portuguese pagans. Not the ones of today, as we are few and far between, but the Celtic tribes that used to be in that area. The Lusitanian celts. Sadly the only place I could find anything about the Lusitanian Celts was on Wikipedia. *sigh* I'm a Druid, or at least trying my damnedest to be, as I do have a large collection of books of other religions. I love to learn. So as a Druid I would like to find out about the gods of my ancestral country. I don't want to have to use other gods without seeing if I can use the ones of my homeland. I never had any reason to care about Portugal until I found this information. So now there is some renewed interest.

Also, man i can ramble, I was listening to an older podcast where Amber mentioned this Wiccan priestess who mentioned that she was a priestess in her past life and Amber mentioned how she wasn't, that she was only an initiate that she never made it that far. I was wondering how exactly is a good accurate way to find out who you were in a past life? I'm solitary because there aren't a lot of Druids around here, or even pagans I feel comfortable with. I know some meditations require more than one person. And I don't like to assume what I see is what actually happened. That and even when others do past life readings for me. I take in the information, but don't completely buy into it. I fear they tell me just what I want to hear. So to shorten this I would like a podcast topic with suggestions on this. If there isn't one already.

hmmm... as far as religions go, I doubt that you can be a Christian Druid because 1) Druids were the priests of the ancient Celts and were therefore meant to serve the Celtic gods and goddesses and 2) when the Christians took over in England, they tore down some of the sacred celtic sites and even built churches on top of some. I don't believe that one can be a Christo-Druid just as much as one can be a Christo-Wiccan. The theologies are just too conflicting. As for your homeland gods, I know nothing.

The whole Christo- Druid thing is debated a lot. Some people bring up the point that back then the Druids were just priests for the religion of the time, so the term Druid was more of a status thing than a religious thing. I guess in the same way not all pastors are Christian.
Either way I think of myself as a normal pagan Druid. I think that a lot of the rules that Wiccans have and even some other neo-pagan groups have come from the Christian mind set. Like magic for personal gain and there is something else but I can't recall.
