so, i am verrryyy excited for Imbolc. I am especially drawn to Brigid, and always feel empowered during the time of the year when i can truly honor her. I am a solitary, but i have a few very open-minded friends. I was wondering if anyone had some good ideas on how to sort of introduce them to the celebration of Imbolc with a simple ritual that they wouldn't feel too overwhelmed participating in, or any particularly good texts to show them, etc. Any ideas? Is it a bad idea to bring others into a ritual that is so close to my heart? any sort of feedback would be appreciated. I've been kind of mulling this around in my head for a while, and though i still have a couple months to prepare, I would like to have a clear idea of what I'm going to do ahead of time.

Greetings ALL! Hope everyone's Holiday was wonderful. Sorry to have been absent for awhile. Life has been hectic, had some major issues to deal with, ( roof problems, then some bad wiring, causing no power and safety issues, computer problems, work schedule change, being available for friends with their troubles, etc.) I am making the next sabbot group.... Ostara. I will send invites and make the link available here, soon. blessings, Moon

I use to love to celebrate this day, but, I missed this year-as just returned from trip overseas, and so busy catching up on business etc, it slid by before I realized it had passed. I certainly felt the energy of the "Eclipse" just days prior to Imbolc. I am happy to be here, and love the Celtic Goddess, "Brigid".Astara
