Looking to connect with many people. I have been following the pagan path most of my life but really know so few. I have recently been exhilarated by an awesome local picnic sponsored by MPC that now I want to extend my feelers even farther out.

Are there others who are in social pagan groups, working circles or covens and just how do you get involved in them?

I live in SW Indiana.
For anyone that's in the general Evansville area, there's a Pagan/Witches Meetup at Border's (corner of Lloyd Expressway and Burkhart) twice a month (second Tuesday and fourth Wednesday, I believe).

Hi Poetre' , I'm from Goshen IN, so I'm not to far from you but it is still some distance. I live about 5miles away from the park were the Michiana pagan connect group is having their gathering so I will be there. Hope to see some of you there!

I wanted to let the group know about a pagan picnic in Elkhart county July 19. Here is the information:

The Michiana Pagan Connect Yahoo! Group is planning a Northern Indiana/Southern Michigan area pagan get-together in July. This is a chance to put faces to names and network with other local pagans. Following is from a flyer that will be set out at pagan-friendly merchant locations. This will also be posted to all known Michiana internet groups. Feel free to pass the word!

This is a family-style picnic and a chance to network with other
pagans in a safe and public location.

Time: 2pm to Dusk
Place: Oxbow Park, Stable Pavillion
23033 CR 45, Goshen
Located right off US 33, midway between Elkhart and Goshen.

Get your inner pagan on!
There will be:
Food and fellowship
Games for the children
Drumming
Music

Things to bring:
$2.00 per car entrance fee
Meat to grill, dish to pass
Eating utensils
Bug spray
Favorite Pagan CD
Drum, flute, chair

Sorry: Alcohol is prohibited in the Elkhart County Parks system.

The Stable Pavillion is handicap accessable.
