I can never sleep when I should, it has been 3 years. Antidepressants for the night, nothing for the days. When I sleep I dream of war, and it is both explicit and exhausting. Someone recommended to put an Amethyst under the pillow. Now it does not make me sleep, but hay, the nightmares have been fewer *knock on wood*. Thanks for having created this group. now it is 04:12 (AM) here. No chance...

I've been an insomniac every since my 3 year old was born and my husband was deployed. I haven't slept through a whole night in over 3 years and I just had a new baby so I don't see sleep in my future for a very long time.

Comment by Cypress.Alvergochy on November 19, 2008 at 3:50am: it is painful grimmace, i just want to scream in frustration! sometimes the sheets feel like knives in my back and the pillows are lumps of shale. i could pace for hours.. but my roommates get kind of pissed off ;)
